Xero Integration

Sync invoices and payments with Xero to keep your accounting up to date.

Connecting to Xero

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect Xero
3. Log in to your Xero account
4. Authorise YardPilot
5. Select the Xero organisation to connect

Sync Timing

• Invoices: When sent to client
• Payments: When recorded in YardPilot

Account Mapping

Map your YardPilot services to Xero revenue accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Xero
2. Click Account Mapping
3. Select the Xero account for each service type

Troubleshooting

Invoice didn't sync

• Check Xero connection is active
• Verify account mapping is complete
• Try manual sync from the invoice

Duplicate contacts

YardPilot matches by email address. Ensure client emails match between systems.

Disconnecting

To disconnect Xero:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Disconnect Xero
3. Confirm

WARNING

Disconnecting stops all syncing. Existing data remains in both systems.
