Access YardPilot on the go with our mobile app. Perfect for field crews who need schedules, job details, and the ability to log work from anywhere.
Installation
YardPilot is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you install it directly from your browser - no app store required.
iPhone / iPad
- Open Safari and go to app.yardpilot.io
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add to confirm
Android
- Open Chrome and go to app.yardpilot.io
- Tap the three dots menu (top right)
- Tap Add to Home Screen or Install App
- Tap Install to confirm
TIP
After installation, YardPilot appears as an app icon on your home screen and works like a native app.

Offline Mode
YardPilot works offline for essential tasks:

WARNING
Changes made offline sync automatically when you're back online. Ensure you have connectivity before end of day for accurate records.
Notifications
Enable push notifications to receive alerts for:
- New job assignments
- Schedule changes
- Quote approvals
- Messages from clients
Enabling Notifications
- Open YardPilot app
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle on the notifications you want
- Allow notifications when prompted by your device
Troubleshooting
App won't install
- Ensure you're using Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Check you have enough storage space
Not receiving notifications
- Check device notification settings for YardPilot
- Ensure notifications are enabled in YardPilot settings
- Check Do Not Disturb isn't blocking notifications
App running slowly
- Close and reopen the app
- Clear the app cache in Settings
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Data not syncing
- Check your internet connection
- Pull down to refresh
- Log out and log back in
