Client Portal Guide
Share this page with your clients to help them use the portal.
Accessing Your Portal
When your service provider sends you a quote or invoice, you'll receive an email with a View button. Click it to access your personalised portal.
No Password Needed
You don't need to create an account or remember a password. Each email contains a secure link just for you.
Viewing Quotes
When you receive a quote:
- Click View Quote in the email
- Review the services and pricing
- Click Approve to accept, or Decline if not interested
- Optionally add a note with your response
Paying Invoices
When you receive an invoice:
- Click View Invoice in the email
- Review the charges
- Click Pay Now
- Choose a saved card or enter new payment details
- Done! You'll receive a receipt by email.
Saving Payment Methods
Save your card for faster payments in the future:
- When paying an invoice, click Add Card
- Enter your card details securely
- Your card is saved for next time
Managing Saved Cards
To view or manage your saved cards:
- Click your profile icon (top right corner)
- Select Payment Methods
- Here you can:
- View all your saved cards
- Add a new card
- Remove cards you no longer want
- Set a default card for payments
Security
Your card details are stored securely with Stripe. Your service provider never sees your full card number.
Requesting Service
Need additional work? Submit a request:
- Access your portal
- Click Request Service
- Describe what you need
- Submit
Your service provider will follow up with a quote.
Viewing Work Photos
Your service provider may share photos of completed work:
- Access your portal
- View a completed visit
- Click on any photo to see the full-size image
- Use the arrows to browse through all photos
Before & After Photos
Many providers share before and after photos so you can see the transformation even if you weren't home during the visit.
Viewing History
See all your past quotes, jobs, and invoices in one place:
- Access your portal
- Browse your history
- Download invoices as PDF if needed
