Manage your YardPilot subscription, view invoices, and configure billing settings.

Subscription Overview

Your subscription determines which features you can access and how many team members you can add. All plans include:

  • Unlimited contacts and properties - No limits on your customer database
  • Unlimited jobs and visits - Schedule as much work as you need
  • Secure Australian hosting - Your data stays in Australia
  • Email support - Get help when you need it

Current Plan

View your current plan and usage from Settings > Billing.

The billing page shows:

  • Your current plan - Your active subscription tier
  • Billing cycle - Monthly or annual
  • Next billing date - When your next payment is due
  • Usage summary - Team members, storage, and SMS usage

Billing Cycle

YardPilot offers two billing options:

Monthly Billing

  • Pay month-to-month
  • Flexibility to change or cancel anytime
  • No long-term commitment

Annual Billing

  • Save 2 months - Pay for 10 months, get 12
  • Lock in your rate for the year
  • Automatic renewal each year

Payment Methods

YardPilot accepts:

  • Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards - Australian bank cards

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. YardPilot never stores your full card details.

GST & Tax

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. For Australian businesses, 10% GST is added at checkout. Your invoices will show both the base price and GST amount.
