Each plan includes file storage for photos and documents:

Changing Plans

Upgrading

Upgrade anytime from your billing settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the changes
  5. Confirm your upgrade

When you upgrade:

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Prorated billing - You only pay the difference for the current period
  • New features are available instantly

Downgrading

Downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

When you downgrade:

  • Changes take effect at end of current billing period
  • You keep current features until then

Before Downgrading

Make sure you're within the limits of the lower plan (users, storage, etc.) before downgrading. You may need to remove team members or clean up files first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try before I buy?

New accounts start with a free trial with access to Professional features. No credit card required to start.

What happens if I exceed my SMS limit?

Automated SMS will pause until the next billing cycle. You can purchase an SMS add-on pack to continue sending. Manual SMS is always available.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing. Contact support to make the change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront but you can cancel renewal.
