Checklists

Checklists help your team complete every visit consistently by providing a clear list of tasks to work through.

Why Use Checklists?

Consistency - Every visit follows the same process, regardless of who does the work.

Quality assurance - Nothing gets missed, even on complex jobs.

Training - New team members can hit the ground running with clear guidance.

Accountability - See exactly what was done (and by whom) on every visit.

How Checklists Work

  1. Create templates - Define reusable checklists for your common services
  2. Add to jobs - Load a template when creating or editing a job
  3. Complete on visits - Crew members tick off items as they work
  4. Review in office - See completion status and who completed each item
