How YardPilot Works

Quote → Approve → Job → Schedule → Visit → Invoice → Pay

1. Create a Quote for a potential client
2. Client Approves the quote (via email or Client Portal)
3. Quote converts to a Job automatically
4. You Schedule visits for your crew
5. Crew completes the Visit and logs their work
6. You generate an Invoice for the completed work
7. Client Pays online or you record the payment
